Years ago, I took a quiz to tell me about my dream job. I was confident that it would be something to do with design or creating, as I am happiest when using my hands to make something unique, reworking a flower bed, or chopping ingredients to sautee them into a fantastic dish. I was pleasantly surprised when instead, the quiz said that my interests skewed toward travel and vacations for myself and my family. Ha! So here we are. I’m finally sitting in front of a laptop to begin a journal of my adventures, sprinkled with tips and tricks, and of course, a bit about food and gardens, as it’s fabulous when all three overlap!
